Agile is not an ultimate goal to be reached, but an approach that aims to improve teams every day. Agile is a form of philosophy, attitude and approach that emphasizes that quick response to changes, close collaboration with the customer, teamwork, and working software distributed with short routine intervals are of primary importance. Although there are many different examples of Agile methods, all of them are under the umbrella of Agile with their fundamental principles.
Based on the Agile approach, Scrum is a popular software development management infrastructure that enables the development of high-quality software that can respond to the client's requests more quickly.
