Scale Scrum with the Scrum@Scale Framework

The Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner course teaches the responsibilities of the Product Owner, individual Scrum Teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of large-scale contexts. Students who complete Certified Scrum At Scale Practitioner training comprised of at least 14 hours of live instruction time covering all Learning Objectives with a Scrum@Scale Trainer are eligible to take the credentialing exam and earn their Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner credential.

- Create and prioritize a transformation Backlog to overcome impediments to scaling
- Measure and improve key Scrum metrics at an Enterprise level
- Deliver 5 times as much work without adding new teams
In this course, you will learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum from one to many teams across any sized initiative. The Scrum@Scale® course teaches the responsibilities of the Product Owner, individual Scrum teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of large-scale contexts.
Students in this class will learn how to:
- Overcome the challenges of cross-team dependencies with an emphasis on prioritization at the enterprise level
- Understand the impact of being able to refactor an organization to meet changing market demands
- Develop a transformation backlog to scale your organization's reach and impact
- Measure and improve key metrics for Enterprise agility
Scrum Master Course OR Comparable real world experience implementing Scrum OR Completion of a Scrum Product Owner course is encouraged but not required.

Upon completion of this course and the official Scrum@Scale exam, Scrum Inc. will provide a Registered Scrum@Scale™ Practitioner certificate signed by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the creator of Scrum.
His first Scrum experience was the Sony’s enterprise Scrum transformation in 2009. After experiencing the pilot Scrum teams while he was working as a consultant in IBM , he continued his career as an Agile coach & trainer, he delivered Agile / Scrum trainings to more than 1000 persons.
He founded Training4Agile in 2016. He provided Agile transformation consultancy and training services to the various companies such as B/S/H Home Appliances, Hepsipay.com, Emlakjet.com, IBSS, Borusan Automotive, Ziraat Bank, Allianz Insurance, Garanti Technology, ETS Tur, Vakıfbank, Protel, TAV Technologies, Groupama Insurance.
He is the author of the book “Failure Stories – Retrospective of Agile Transformation Journeys & Tips for Effective Transformations”.
He is a regular speaker at events & meetups. Up to now he spoke over 45 meetups or events.
